“To see Diaspora people in Europe and beyond equipped for God’s Kingdom and His mission.”
To facilitate learning communities with Diaspora leaders and pastors
Seven core values
1. Flexibility: Full personality formation and training of ministers through non-formal education. Pursuing a way to fill and complement weaknesses and loopholes in institutional education
2. Collaboration: Collaboration between locals and migrants is important because they are missioned elsewhere through the unprecedented global diaspora phenomenon. Particularly, the elimination of asymmetrical relations is a priority task of ministry.
3. Relevancy: Establish appropriate and useful courses for the needs of the field
4. Inter-clusion: As the multicultural environment accelerates, the two-way learning method for culturally, religiously, and ethnically mutual understanding is pursued.
5. Transparency: seeking an open learning community for all who need growth
6. Integrity: Growth and expansion of the kingdom of God (whole gospel: proclamation of the gospel and demonstration of the gospel), seeking all possibilities to achieve it
7. Reciprocity: seeking a global community that grows all the participants into a measurement of the growth of Christ

1)Informal education as a pilot project(ex: summer school a year in turn of Germany, Netherland, or UK etc.) and it is necessarily followed by formal education case by case in the future - Dr. Daniel Ahn is looking into this area in our partnership.
2) Partnering with existing Diaspora training networks – need to connect with them for cooperation.
3) Prepare a website(ex: equip7.com or equip7.de or equip7.org) to share our materials and resources – Need to prepare leaflets to advertise our work and to raise funds in relevant languages like English, Korean and German etc.
4) Develop modular curriculums – like Kairos course, Al-Massira, and more…. And venues for delivering modular curriculums are like Wycliffe centre, Holzhausen, DMG or other mission bases in Europe.
5) Annual meeting for partners to develop partnership and curriculums.
6) Hold a consultation with Diaspora leaders and pastors for their evaluation of the activities and felt needs.
7) consider NGO registration of the community with possible partners like Nehemiah Initiative in Karlsruhe later. –
